Join us for an evening of guided yoga practice and goal setting session focused on stretching you beyond your comfort zone. This event will use a series of asanas (poses) that will encourage us to tap into our inner strength and confidence to prepare us for pushing past our own self created limitations when it comes to setting and achieving goals.

Complimentary yoga mats for each guest to use at the event and take home will be provided by our sponsor VitaminWater Zero - this event is open to all levels!

• 6:00 Guided yoga practice (led by Sona Desai, RYT - NEXT for Women community member and Lululemon educator)

• 7:00 Light food, drink, and goal setting session (led by Colleen Slaughter, NEXT for Women community member and Founder of Authentic Leadership International)

About Colleen Slaughter:

Raised in Kentucky and then having achieved her dream of creating a successful life in Europe for 13 years, Colleen Slaughter specializes in propelling desired change for organizations and individuals.  She has over 11 years of experience in change leadership, coaching, and consulting and has worked internationally for most of that time.  Fluent in French with working knowledge of German and Spanish, Colleen helps clients living in the U.S. and abroad.

Capitalizing on extensive coach training from the Newfield Network, graduate international business studies from HEC Paris and 11 years driving change for Fortune 500 companies, Colleen founded Authentic Leadership International, LLC in 2009.  Through her firm, which specializes in leadership coaching and training, she lives out her passion of helping women in leadership of all sorts achieve lasting, satisfying change by aligning themselves with their true desires and talents. 

Colleen is a Board Member of the International Coach Federation – Raleigh Area Chapter, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a student of Ariana Strozzi and Stuart Hellar, internationally recognized educators on how, by working in the non-verbal, you can influence how you shift your results, show up, or act in everyday life.  She is a regular blogger on what true, authentic leadership looks like and how women can integrate those traits into their own professional and personal lives.
